Our company is looking for a Collection Manager who will lead the junior employees on various assigned tasks. One who is a has great communication skills and is good in working with a team to meet the expected timelines given.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. To lead the collection team to achieve target
2. To complete the collection task allocated
3. To manage the team according to company procedure and requirement
4. To evaluate the team performance and give training
5. To assist project manager on the task assigned
6. To give advice in terms of collection training and team management
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Have more than 2 years and above work experience as loan collection team
leader
2. Have good skills of managing team.
3. Be able to set up rules and work
procedures to the team
4. Be able to put the rules and work procedure into practice
5. Be open and aggressive when pushing target to be done
6. Have a good skills of using office software
7. Bachelor degree and above
