Job Title: Sales Representative
Department: Marketing
Working with: Digital Marketer
Responsible to: The Director
Job Purpose:
To ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase. He/she is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets. He/she is responsible for identifying a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish
Responsibilities:
- To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries.
- To administer the preparation of quotes.
- To create and implement a marketing and public relation strategy.
- To identify and co-ordinate marketing information on behalf of Couch & Art Limited.
- To produce appropriate marketing collateral as required e.g., brand magazines, brochures, direct mails, displays, blog posts etc.
- To produce appropriate public relations collateral as required.
- Manage the day-to-day work of the sales and marketing.
- To monitor the status of all live enquiries to ensure all Couch & Art Limited and enquirer actions are completed in a timely and professional manner and escalated to the director when required.
- To ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry.
- To follow up sales activities with clients and potential clients.
- To implement and monitor organizational KPIs and sales performance.
Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
- A degree, diploma or any professional course in sales and marketing and related fields from a recognized university or college.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, customer service, selling, negotiating, and influencing, analysis and decision-making skills.
